The Indianapolis Bonsai Club was founded in 1968 to promote interest in and appreciation of Bonsai. Our members are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise.

     April 3rd Meeting - Native Tree Workshop

    

Our April meeting will feature a workshop on trees native to Indiana.  You must be a member of the Indianapolis Bonsai Club to participate in this workshop.  If you aren't a current member, you can join that night and participate.  The cost of the workshop $45.  The material included for this workshop is a tree, an 8 inch pot, wire, drain mesh and soil.  The Indiana native species that we have to offer are:  Bald Cypress, Quaking Aspen, American Beech, Hornbeam, Sweet Gum and American Elm.

Club meetings are the first Wednesday of every month and are held at the Garfield Park Conservatory on the near south side of Indianapolis. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Annual dues are $25. For more information, complete and submit the "contact us" form.
